PURINA® PROPLAN® VETERINARY DIETS NF Renal Function is a tasty complete veterinary diet for cats with chronic kidney disease. NF contains restricted amounts of phosphorus as this mineral can build up in kidney patients and has been shown to contribute to progression of the disease. It also contains limited amounts of high quality protein to help reduce the build-up of toxins which make patients feel unwell, while helping to maintain muscle mass. Omega-3 fatty acids also help to maximise the natural anti-inflammatory processes and reduce blood pressure inside the kidney.
Key Benefits
Low level of phosphorus to help slow down the progression of kidney disease
Great taste to satisfy kidney patients with reduced appetite
Restricted but high quality proteins to help minimise loss of muscle and reduce the build-up of toxins in the body
With St/Ox to help support urinary health in cats which may be susceptible to urinary conditions
